Questions
Things people ask before they book.
I have never trained before. Is that a problem?
No. Most people who start at Sanctuary Fitness are beginners or coming back after years off. Every class is coached and scaled to you on the day, and Personal Training sessions teach the movements from scratch.
What does the 8-Week Package include?
Every group class on the timetable (seven a week), Personal Training sessions mid-week between 6am and 7pm, a tailored nutrition plan, a full weigh-in and measurements in week one, and the same again in week eight so you can see exactly what changed. It costs £205.
How much is a personal trainer in Clydebank?
At Sanctuary Fitness, one-to-one personal training is £295 for ten sessions over five weeks (two a week), including nutrition and a programme written for you. That works out at £29.50 a session.
Is this the same place as DFC Fitness?
Yes. DFC Fitness became Sanctuary Fitness in August 2026. Same coach, same studio at Spectrum House, same clients. Only the name changed.
Where exactly are you?
Spectrum House, 1A North Avenue, in Clydebank Business Park, G81 2DR. It is a short walk from Singer station and there is parking at the building.
Can I bring my kids to a session?
Yes, to one-to-one PT sessions. Plenty of parents train with their children in the studio.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. The 8-Week Package and the 5-week one-to-one block are one-off payments with a clear start and finish.
